Forma can be used on both the face and
body. Commonly treated areas on the face
include:

• Forehead
• Crows feet
• Upper & lower eyelids
• Smile lines
• Jowls
• Neck
• Arms
• Abdomen

Since this treatment is non-invasive, there is no downtime. Immediately after your procedure, you may apply makeup, moisturizer, or a broad-spectrum SPF if needed.

Following your treatment, you can expect your skin to be red due to the heat exposure, but it will subside within an hour. Your skin will also feel tighter and you may experience mild swelling.

You may begin to see results directly after your first treatment depending on the area treated. Results will improve over time as your skin elasticity strengthens and as more collagen production takes place.

The cost of your Forma treatment can range between $500 to $1000 depending on how many areas need treatment. It is important to keep in mind that the number of treatments usually is between 6-8 treatments for the maximum benefit. To prepare for your treatment, you should avoid skin irritation such as direct sun exposure, sunbathing, or tanning because you will feel increased heat sensation. Additionally, you should:

• Stop the use of irritant topical products 2-3 days before your treatment. This includes retinol and tretinoin.
• Arrive to your appointment with clean skin (no makeup, lotions, perfume, jewelry or other skin products on the area being treated).
• Be aware that if you have a pacemaker or any metal in your body near the treatment area, you are not a candidate for this treatment.
