We’re offering comprehensive wellness consultations with a weight loss physician to discuss the program and whether it might be right for you. Get started in three easy steps!

Step 1: Call or text to schedule your consultation. You’ll speak with a weight loss physician to discuss the program and whether it might be right for you.
Step 2: Lab Work & Medical Evaluation. Schedule an appointment by calling our office at 312.846.1629. During your consultation, your provider will discuss your health goals and determine if you are an appropriate candidate. If you are a good candidate, a full health and hormone panel is done through a simple blood test, sometimes on the same day so no additional visit is needed.
Step 3: Review the Results & Treatment Plan. Once the results are back in 2 weeks, our office will schedule a follow-up appointment where your provider will review the results with you in detail along with a recommended treatment plan.

He completed residency training in Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at Wayne State/Detroit Medical Center and a Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at the Beeson Cosmetic Surgery Institute. He has been in practice since 2001, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), and has published peer-reviewed research in facial plastic surgery and skin rejuvenation.
