Dr. John D. Rachel is quadruple boarded in Otolaryngology, Facial Plastic Surgery, and Cosmetic Surgery. He has extensive experience as an ear, nose, and throat physician and as a head and neck surgeon, diagnosing and treating diseases of the head and neck. Dr. Rachel has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of head and neck surgery and facial plastic surgery and has collaborated with some of the most renowned surgeons in the United States.
Dr. Rachel has extensive experience in the full spectrum of modern adult diseases of the head and neck. Specialty training in Otolaryngology includes otology (ear disease), head and neck cancer, laryngology (voice disorders), sinus and allergy disease, rhinology (disease of the nose), facial plastic and reconstructive surgery, and facial trauma. Dr. Rachel diagnoses and treats ear pain, hearing loss, ringing in the ears, dizziness, facial weakness, hoarseness, voice disorders, throat infections, difficulty swallowing, nasal obstruction and discharge, nose bleeds, facial trauma, and foreign bodies in the nose and throat. With his expertise in facial plastic surgery, he is able to combine his esthetic skills with his diagnostic and surgical skills to provide patients with the best outcomes.

He has been in practice since 2001, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), and has published peer-reviewed research in facial plastic surgery and skin rejuvenation.
