BBL® HEROic™
Laser Treatment
“As a first-time client, my experience exceeded my expectations. I was nervous about the process, but Carol did an amazing job listening my concerns and wishes.”
Introducing BBL HEROic™—the newer and improved BroadBand Light® (BBL®) therapy by Sciton®. This next-generation pulsed light treatment is designed to effectively improve skin tone, texture, elasticity, and overall appearance on any area of the face and body – and it’s perfect for all skin types.
BBL HEROic is a powerful, non-invasive solution for common skin concerns such as sun damage, rosacea, redness, dullness, pigmentation issues, and vascular conditions. With minimal to no downtime, it’s the perfect way to achieve smoother, healthier, and more radiant skin.
BBL® Heroic™ For
Effective Skin Rejuvenation
The good news? You don’t have to accept these changes as permanent. With the right non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatment, you can effectively reverse the visible signs of aging and environmental damage—restoring your skin’s youthful glow, smooth texture, and healthy appearance.
Before & After
BBL® Heroic™
BBL HEROic is the most advanced pulsed light treatment available today. While it builds on the proven technology of BBL® and BBL® HERO™, it introduces Intelligent Control™ (IC™) software and the Skin Positioning System™ (SPS™) for even better results. These innovations make treatments faster, more precise, and more comfortable, delivering superior outcomes for all skin types.
What Skin Conditions
Does BBL Heroic treat?
The BBL Heroic is very versatile and can treat many skin concerns including:
- Age spots
- Sunspots
- Liver spots
- Brown spots
- Freckles
- Small veins
- Rosacea
- Redness
- Broken capillaries
- Dullness
- Lines and wrinkles
- Tone and elasticity
How does the
BBL Heroic Treatment work?
During your BBL HEROic treatment, your provider will apply a clear gel to the treatment area to help your skin absorb the light energy. As the treatment starts, you’ll feel little to no discomfort while the handpiece is gently moved over your skin. The pulsed light works in two ways:
- It targets pigmented areas like sunspots and visible blood vessels, breaking them down so your body can naturally clear them away.
- The heat from the light reaches deep into the skin’s collagen-rich layers, triggering your body’s natural healing process. This helps reduce fine lines and wrinkles, leaving your skin looking smoother and more youthful.
How much does
BBL Heroic Treatment cost?
How many
BBL HEROic treatments will I need?
The number of treatments will vary depending on the area being treated, your starting point, your desired goals, and your provider’s recommendation. Here is a general guideline for face and body treatments:
Face & Body: Visible improvements are typically seen after one to two sessions, with optimal results achieved through a series of 3–5 treatments, spaced about 4 weeks apart.
What’s the
difference between BBL HEROic vs BBL Hero?
BBL HEROic is an advanced version of regular BBL, offering faster, more precise, and more comfortable treatments. While both use BroadBand Light (BBL®) technology to target pigmentation, redness, and skin texture concerns, BBL HEROic features higher energy levels, advanced filters, and a larger spot size, allowing for deeper penetration and quicker treatment times.
It also includes an integrated cooling system for enhanced patient comfort and reduced downtime. While regular BBL effectively treats mild to moderate skin concerns, BBL HEROic delivers superior results in fewer sessions, making it the more efficient and advanced option for comprehensive skin rejuvenation.

- Redness & swelling – Normal as the skin heals.
