Vitamin B12 is one of the most important vitamins to optimize. B12 can be given orally or through intramuscular injections. Vitamin B12 deficiency can cause fatigue, memory and cognitive loss, myalgias(leg and back pain), poor digestion, mood changes, hair loss, and weight gain due to poor metabolism. A B12 shot can help alleviate some of these symptoms.

We offer B-12 and vitamin D injections during a quick 15-minute visit. These energizing shots can help boost your mood, energy, and overall cognitive function.
The B12 booster shot will be injected into the muscle of the thigh, buttock or the upper arm. Just like other injections, a vitamin B-12 injection will have a minor stinging sensation at the time of treatment.
In order for patients to maintain a higher level of Vitamin B-12, we may recommend “maintenance” injections every 3 – 6 months.

He has been in practice since 2001, is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS), and has published peer-reviewed research in facial plastic surgery and skin rejuvenation.
