What is
Emsculpt®?

Emsculpt®™ is the first ever FDA-approved technology to help build muscle and burn fat at the same time. It works by causing your muscles to contract over 20,000 times in just one 30 minute session. Areas that can be treated include the abdomen, buttocks, arms and legs. The number of sessions will depend on your personal goals.

It’s great for patients who want to build muscle and for a toned appearance.

Emsculpt® helps increase muscle mass and fat reduction in the treated body parts one month after the last treatment. This is a great option for those that are wishing to build muscle mass and muscle tone in the abdomen, buttocks, arms or calves.

The minimum number of treatments recommended is four treatments within a two week period, spaced 2-3 days apart.

Does
Emsculpt® work?

Emsculpt® is the world’s first non-surgical butt lift. According to the clinical study, there was a visible buttock lift and volume increase by 10.81% in one month and 13.23% at three months.
Results show an improvement in diastasis recti and reduction in abdominal separation of 10.46%, maintained for at least 1 year post-treatment (study was based on 4-8 treatments).
Abdominal fat thickness was reduced on average by 17.5%.
Calves muscle mass was increased by 14.5% post-treatment.
Arm fat thickness was decreased by 12.8%.

Dr. John D. Rachel, MD, FACS is a facial plastic and reconstructive surgeon. He is quadruple board-certified in Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery, the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery. He completed residency training in Otolaryngology–Head & Neck Surgery at Wayne State/Detroit Medical Center and a Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at the Beeson Cosmetic Surgery Institute. What areas can be treated with Emsculpt®?

Emsculpt® can safely treat the abdomen, buttocks, arms, and legs.

How many Emsculpt® treatments will I need?

A minimum of four treatments within a two-week period is recommended for the best results. You should begin to see an improvement within 6 weeks of completing your treatment. Muscle tone needs to be maintained and a good nutritional diet, as well as regular exercise, are recommended.

A monthly maintenance treatment may be beneficial for helping maintain your results.

Treatments are spaced 4-6 weeks apart.

How long do Emsculpt® treatments take?

Just one session only takes thirty minutes for abs or buttocks and twenty minutes for the arms or legs. Multiple treatment areas may require more time.

Does Emsculpt® hurt?

The feeling can be described as the same feel as if you were doing intense crunches for the abs or squats for the buttocks. The technology causes the muscles to contract just like exercising but to a much greater extent! Your provider will slowly increase the intensity depending on your comfort level.

Immediately following your treatment, you may experience some muscle soreness as the muscles rebuild.

Who should not get Emsculpt®?

You should not receive an Emsculpt® treatment if:

Currently are pregnant or nursing
Have any metal in your body (copper IUD)

Be sure to discuss any medical conditions with your Morpheus8 provider to determine if you are a good candidate.

How soon will I see results after my Emsculpt® treatment?

You may begin to see a visible improvement within 6-12 weeks from your last treatment. An increase of muscle thickness and fat reduction will gradually improve over time.

How much do Emsculpt® treatments cost?

The cost of your Emsculpt® treatment is typically $750 per treatment or $3,000 for a package of four sessions.
