During Rhinoplasty

Your visit starts with a thorough evaluation of your nose, facial proportions, and medical history. Dr. Rachel will discuss your goals and explain what changes may be possible.

Surgical Approach

Rhinoplasty is typically performed using either an open or closed technique:

Open rhinoplasty involves a small incision between the nostrils, allowing full access to the nasal structure.
Closed rhinoplasty uses internal incisions and avoids visible scars, best suited for more limited reshaping.

The choice depends on the type of correction needed. Surgery usually lasts two to three hours under general anesthesia. Patients go home the same day.

In some cases, rhinoplasty is performed alongside eyelid surgery or other facial plastic procedures to address multiple concerns in a single session.
