Prepare for Your TempSureĀ® Firm Cellulite Treatment
- Hydrate! Drink water several days before your treatment and avoid alcohol for at least a week prior to your treatment.Ā Being well-hydrated will maximize and get you the best results.
- Shave any dense hair on the area(s) being treated.
- Wear comfortable clothes. Do not wear constrictive clothing.
- Make sure the areas being treated are free of any open lesions or infections.

Post-Treatment
Instructions for TempSureĀ® Firm Cellulite Treatment
- If your skin is slightly pink or red, avoid hot water until subsided.
- Soothing non-irritating moisturizers may be used.
- Use sunblock with UVA and UVB protection with SPF 30 or greater to prevent sun damage.
- It is recommended to maintain your weight. Gaining excess weight will compromise treatments.
- Exercise will enhance your results.
- Once your treatment plan is complete, maintenance treatments are recommended every six months.
