But, because not all hair is in the same stage of growth at once, several laser appointments are necessary, usually between 3 and 5, spaced 4 to 8 weeks apart. To some extent, the length of treatment depends on the texture of the patient’s hair and the area of the body.
What Happens
After Your Laser Hair Removal Session?
The most common complication of laser hair removal is the regrowth of unwanted hair. Frequently, however, the hair that regrows is finer and lighter than the initial hair that was removed. Regrowth can usually be addressed with a few additional treatment sessions.
