A few important things to know:
To secure a party date, the host is required to pay a $250 deposit; the deposit will be refunded the day of the treatment after all guests have been treated.
After you (as the hostess) have set your party date with Chicago Aesthetics Surgery & Med Spa, have your guests call to reserve their spot. Each guest is required to pay a $75 deposit; their deposit will be applied towards their treatment at the party. A minimum of five deposits are required within 72 hours of the party being booked.
