What Is Morpheus8?

The Morpheus8 technology uses a combination microneedling with radiofrequency to tighten and remodel the skin. It works by stimulating collagen production and induces skin rejuvenation, and you end up with tighter, more youthful looking skin!

What Areas Are Treatable?

The most common areas that can be treated are areas where you would like to see improvement in the skin texture, elasticity and tone. This includes the face, neck, chest, décolletage, hands, arms, abdomen, back, buttocks, thighs, vulva and even your knees.

How Many Treatments Will I need?

The number of treatments needed depends on your individual needs. However, most patients require between 3 to 4 sessions depending upon their age, skin type, and desired outcome. A maintenance treatment may be recommended to maintain your results.

How long does it take?

Each session takes about thirty to forty five minutes to complete. You will be asked to come in an hour before your appointment to allow time for a topical numbing cream to be applied. You may notice immediate improvement following each treatment, but it typically takes four weeks before you see long-term benefits.

Can Anyone Use Morpheus8?

Morpheus8 is good for all skin types and those looking to improve visible signs of aging. People who are pregnant, nursing or have active skin conditions such as eczema, sores, psoriasis or rashes should not receive Morpheus8 treatments.

Are There Any Side Effects?

There are very minimal side effects associated with Morpheus8 treatments. Most common complaints include mild redness and swelling immediately following the treatment. These symptoms usually resolve within a few days.

How does Morpheus8 work?

Morpheus8 works by stimulating new collagen production within the dermis layer of the skin. This stimulation occurs through radiofrequency energy delivered via small electrodes placed directly onto the skin’s surface. These tiny needles penetrate only about 1 millimeter deep into the epidermal layers of the skin. As these needles pass over each hair follicle, they deliver electrical impulses that stimulate new collagen fibers’ growth.
